Further playing I have to stick by NFS:MW, I’ve had the game totally lock up a couple more times but I’ve decided that isn’t the worst of it. The worst is the game’s overall performance online when you’re near other players with cops hanging around.

I imagine the new gen version is much better but for the seventh generation Most Wanted is a better game largely thanks to having less bug and technical issues. It was by no means perfect either but at least it seems like Criterion/EA did some QA for it before release.

Does NFS MW 2012 ever freeze?

NFS:MW2012 never totally froze on me, ten minutes after I finished the tutorial and was driving around as a copy the game froze a couple minutes after I started to pursue racers that went by. Plus the camera is annoyingly low behind cars and is especially annoying right now with the cop cars because the lights on top block too much of my view.
