¿Cuánto tiempo se puede tomar ANARA?
Oral. Adultos y niños mayores de 12 años: 1 a 2 tabletas cada 24 horas. Si no hay defecación a las 12-18 horas puede repetirse la dosis. Se recomienda administrar ANARA® de preferencia por la noche.

Laxante de contacto. Anara®, laxante de contacto, tiene gran efectividad y nula absorción a través de la pared intestinal. Esta indicado como tratamiento del estreñimiento de corta o larga duración, en pacientes de todas las edades, inclusive lactantes.

How do you use Anara?
1 teaspoon (2.5 to 5 ml) every 24 hours in one shot. Adults and children over 12 of age: 1 to 2 teaspoons (5 to 10 ml) every 24 hours in one shot. Do not exceed the recommended dose. It is recommended to use ANARA® preferably at bedtime.
What are the side effects of taking sodium Picosulfate?

How quickly does Skilax work?
The tablets should be taken at bedtime to produce a bowel movement the next morning. The suppositories usually take about 15 minutes to 1 hour to work.
How long does Picosulfate take to work?
Sodium picosulfate takes about 6-12 hours to work; therefore, it is best taken at bedtime. If sodium picosulfate has been prescribed for your child, follow carefully the instructions you are given, as your doctor will adjust the dose according to your child’s age and needs.
Is sodium picosulfate safe?
Sodium picosulfate should only be used to provide short-term relief from constipation. See a doctor if you are still constipated after five days of taking sodium picosulfate. Eating a healthy diet, drinking plenty of water and getting regular gentle exercise can all help maintain good bowel function.
Can sodium picosulfate make you sick?
What if I give too much? It may be dangerous to give too much sodium picosulfate. Too much sodium picosulfate can cause stomach pain (cramps), diarrhoea (runny poo), and may lead to dehydration if too much stools (poo) are passed.
Is it better to take a laxative on an empty stomach?
Saline laxatives usually produce results within 30 minutes to 3 hours following a dose. When a larger dose is taken on an empty stomach, the results are quicker. When a smaller dose is taken with food, the results are delayed.
